620 W. 889 ft. thence E. in the Sec. line 779 ft. to point of beg., that I have laid Cr
said described land into lots and alleys that the above plat correctly represents said
survey on a scale 1 inch to 100 ft. that the monuments for the Guidance of future sure,
as shown on the plat have been correctly placed, that the boundary line of the land
platted are correctly shown on the plat and that the size of all fractional lots are a
given on the plat.
