If all of the exemptions were answered NO, then the compliance section of
this Certificate must be completed by a sewage treatment system inspector
fully licensed by the State of Minnesota. The seller confirms that all
information provided to the inspector is true and accurate. (Only the
seller must sign section E.)
If the transaction occurs between December 1 and the following April 1,
and the compliance section of the Certificate cannot be completed due to
weather conditions, it shall be the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the
Certificate of Compliance shall be completed and filed with the County
Auditor by June 15 following the closing date. (Both the seller and buyer
must sign section E.) A licensed inspector must verify that weather
conditions prohibit the inspection of the system:

D. ESCROW:
In the event that funds are escrowed for the replacement or upgrade of
the on -site sewage treatment system serving this property, the buyer agrees
that the replacement or upgrade of the system shall be completed within 120
days from closing and the compliance portion of this certificate shall be
completed and filed at that time. (Both buyer and seller must sign section E.)
