A RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAME
Albert Villas 41h Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council of Albertville has identified an error in the
naming of a street in the Albert Villas 4th Addition plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of having the Albert Villas 41h
Addition plat amended in order that the street names comply with adjoining plats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Albertville hereby renames that portion of Kagan Avenue NE (as shown on the
Albert Villas 41h plat extending from the southerly boundary lines of Lot 6, Block
6 and Lot 19, Block 3) as 49th Street NE.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALBERTVILLE
THIS 3rd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2003.
