The original plans for the above project show the extension of 67'h Street to the west line of Lot
3, Block 1, Albertville Business Park. On 5/7/02 a TEP (Technical Evaluation Panel) meeting
was convened to discuss project wetland impacts. As a condition of granting the necessary
wetland permit, the TEP recommended the termination of 671h Street approximately 190 feet east
of its present location. This action would protect an existing wetland area under this phase of the
project. The developer has agreed to make this change. See the attached revised plan sheet.
Consequently, the street assessment for Lot 3, Block 1, Albertville Business Park will be
incomplete at the conclusion of this phase of the project. Thus, the remaining street assessment
in the amount of approximately $30,000 would be levied against said lot in a future phase of the
project.
