On behalf of Albertville Crossing 2003 L.L.C., Pope Associates is submitting for your
review and approval, a Site Plan Review Application for Proposed Retail Building D to be
located within the above noted property in Albertville, MN.
Use Description
The proposed use is: single story multi -tenant retail building (9,617 SF) to be located on
Albertville Crossing Block 1, Lot 1.
Submission
Included herewith as part of this submission are copies of the following required
documents:
• Applications and Application Fees
• Eight (8) large scale copies and one reduced scale (8-1/2 x 11) copy of required
site plan and building design documents as required dated 3/14/03.
We plan to present this application at the April 8th Planning Commission meeting.
Assuming approval and recommendation at that meeting, we hope to have final approval
at the April 21 st City Council Meeting.
It is expected that Construction Documents for this project will be submitted 4/22/03 for
building permit — with a projected construction start of 5/1/03.
