combination of B-2 and B-3 and the use of the lot shall be limited to those uses
allowed in the B-2 zoning district.
3. The premises are in compliance with all applicable subdivision or platting
requirements.
4. Our records do not indicate any enforcement actions or violations of applicable
zoning, subdivision, building or similar ordinances with respect to the Premises.
No application or request for a change in zoning, subdivision or plating
requirements, or other applicable municipal regulations, has been filed or is
presently under consideration by the City of Albertville with respect to the
premises.

There are currently no special assessments levied against Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1,
Albertville Crossing. All levied assessments have been paid in full on Lot 1, Block 1,
Albertville Crossings 2nd Addition.
The special assessments for the road improvements project for Lot 2, Block 1, Albertville
Crossings 2nd Addition have been paid in full. There remains an outstanding special -
assessment of $31,000 for sewer access charges on this lot. The assessment was -
approved by the City Council on November 3, 2003. The assessment is payable in equal
annual principal installments extending over a period of five (5) years, the first of the
installments to be payable on or before the first Monday of January, 2004, plus interest at
a rate of 6% per annum from November 3, 2003, until December 31, 2004. To each
subsequent installment, when due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid
installments-
