I have reviewed the floor plan submitted with the building permit application for the subject project.
The number of SAC and WAC units is calculated as follows:
11 cutting stations - 4 stations/SAC unit = 2.75 SAC units
The initial calculations for the site were made on the basis of 1 SAC unit = 3000 sf of building space. For
this building, the SAC unit equivalent is
1300 sf _ 3000 sf/SAC unit = 0.43 SAC units
The resulting balance due is based on an increase of 2.32 SAC units. The additional charges are $10,672
and $5,800, respectively, for SAC and WAC fees.
