Dear Mr. Brown:
We have reviewed the plat for the above mentioned development, prepared by John Oliver & Associates, Inc. We
have reviewed this information with regard to impacts to County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 only. Aspects of
internal drainage, internal street improvements, and grading internal to the plat should be reviewed by the City
Engineer for conformance to city standards. We offer the following comments.
1) The proposed development will not have direct access to CSAH 19.
2) According to the City Engineer, the existing right-of-way along CSAH 19 is adequate for the
future improvements to CSAH 19 that the City of Albertville is planning on building in 2003.
3) Any work within the existing right-of-way will require a utility permit. If needed, please send a completed
utility permit form to Bruce Leinonen, Permit Technician, of our office.
