The storm water detention pond, located on the east side of Lachman Avenue, adjacent to the large
wetland between Lachman and Lambert Avenues, has filled with silt and debris due to construction
activity associated with the development of the Albertville Crossings project. To operate properly,
the pond needs to be cleaned out. The cost to complete this work is estimated to be $3,000.
