The landscape plan prepared for the Coborn's site is attached. General note number 7 states all open areas
not occupied by building or parking shall be sodded. The area in question, along the south half of the east
property line, has not been sodded. There is evidence this area was seeded at one time, however, the area
has not been maintained and has been overcome with weeds.
