RE: City of Albertville Letter re Development Agreement for Albertville Crossing
Dear Larry:
Enclosed Is an exhibit provided by Wells Fargo with a section identified as "Development
Obligations" contairing certain items that have to be included in the letter which will confirm that
the obligations of the developer have been met.
Please review the paragraph and include those items in a letter to be sent to Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo just contacted me and indicated that the letter that was sent was not detailed
enough to satisfy the release of the Letter of Credit.
Larry, I would appreciate your prompt attention to this request since the Letter of Credit has
