Cascade Land II, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, grantor, for valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and
warrant to the City of Albertville, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State
of Minnesota, grantee, for utility purposes, together with the unrestricted right to
