The City of Albertville, as the Local Government Unit (LGU), is submitting this letter to Kjolhaug
Environmental Services Company representing Dynamics Land & Design Company as notification that
2004 wetland monitoring reports were due December 31, 2004.
To date, we have not received the wetland monitoring reports for Albertville Crossings Phases 1 and 2.
The wetland monitoring reports for Crossings Phases 1 and 2 are due within 30 days of receipt of this -
notice. Please submit the reports within this time period. Extension of the wetland monitoring period for
an additional year for Crossings Phases 1 and 2 may occur if the monitoring reports are not received
within the next 30 days.
