Preliminary & Final Plat
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the
Albertville City Hall on Tuesday, March 12, 2002, at 7:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as
possible, to hear, consider and pass upon all written or oral objections, if any, to the
preliminary and final plat of Outlot B, Parkview Place. The proposed plat includes
includes three commercial lots developed as a grocery store and related commercial uses.
The site for the proposed development is legally described as follows: (Cascade II Land
