On behalf of the City of Albertville, RLK-Kuusisto; Ltd. is forwarding a copy of the Amendment to
the Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) prepared for the Albertville Business Park project.
The AUAR was previously distributed on March 3, 2003, and has completed the 30-day public
comment period. This Amendment has been prepared to provide a mitigation plan for the
development and address comments received during the public review period.
Comments will be received on this Amendment through June 3, 2003. If are remaining, a resolution
to adopt the March 3, 2003, AUAR and May 16, 2003, Amendment will be placed on the agenda of
the Albertville City Council on June 16, 2003.
