The storm water detention) pond, located on the cast side of Lachman Avenue, adjacent to the large
wetland between Lachman and Lambert Avenues, has tilled with silt and debris due to construction
activity associated with the development of the Albertville Crossings project. To operate properly,
the pond needs to be cleaned out. The cost to complete this work is estimated to Ire $3,000.
