Attached is a worksheet outlining the $2,350.13 in City fees for the Albertville Business
Park project, which are due and payable to the City by March 23, 2004. The top portion
of the worksheet outlines the revenues or payments you may have made to the City. The
lower portion of the worksheet identifies the various categorical expenses the City
incurred such as engineering, legal or other professional fees. You will note a negative
interest amount in the revenue section, and this number represents the City's cost of
money based on our rate of investments during the period. Please verify your records to
insure all payments that you have made were applied towards your account. If you find
information contrary to the worksheet, please submit a copy of the canceled check or ,
receipt acknowledging your payment. ,
