Request for Proposal — Soil Borings and Geoteelurical Report
As discussed previously, we are soliciting proposals for the completion of soil borings and associated geotechnical
review and report for the Roden Property in Albertville, MY
Datkenwald Real Estate is currently preparing concept plans and preliminary platting for a cornnxmial development
on approximately 25 acres of property as shown on the attached exhibit map. There is a potential for future work
That would include the remainder of the +-110 acres of property outlined on the attachment.
Scope of Work -
Please provide a scope of work and cost estimate by end of day Friday, June 1. 2001 to complete the scope of work
as follows:
• Borings as noted on the atrachment_
• Associated analysis to include identification of soil correction work anticipated, acceptability of borrow for fill
under building pads/ roadways, and building pad and pavement section/ subgrade recommendations.
• Preparation of a geotechnical report.
Proposed boring locations are shown in anticipated roadway locations, potential soil borrow/ wctiand mitigation
locations and potential building pad locations on each of the current project lots.
Project Schedule:
Initial information including preliminary identification of soil correction work required for building pads/ roadways
and acceptability of borrow is required prior to June 22, 2001. The geotechnical report should be complete by June
30, 2001_ The proposal should include confirmation that you can meet the proposed Wwdule.
