The site is bounded by Interstate 94 (I-94) to the south and the Outlet Mall and the city's proposed commercial park to the east. The site slopes from northwest to southeast, and drains into the Westland complex on the south side of the Outlet Mall. Storm Sewer The majority of runoff from lots would be collected into the proposed storm sewer. The storm sewer would drain to proposed detention ponds located as shown on Figure No.2. The storm sewer would be designed for a 10-year storm, and the storm water detention pond would be designed for a 100-year storm. The ponds would outlet into the wetland complex on the south side of the Outlet Mall. This wetland complex drains easterly to School Lake. Sanitary Sewer New sanitary sewer would consist of 10-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, and the services would be 6-inch PVC pipe. The sanitary sewer would drain easterly through the city's commercial park to a new lift station recently constructed in the Towne Lakes development. Water Main New water main would consist of 12-inch PVC pipe and the services would be 6-inch PVC pipe. The new water main is part of the city's trunk water main system.
