A ten foot easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across that
part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 35, Township 121,
Range 24, Wright County, Minnesota, lying northwesterly of the folowing
described line:
Beginning at the southwest comer of Lot 3, Block 1, ALBERTVILLE
BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County,
Minnesota; thence North 30 degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds East, assumed
bearing along the northwesterly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 644.32 feet
to the northwesterly comer of said Lot 3; thence continuing North 30
degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 80.00 feet to the
northerly line of 67 h Street, as dedicated on said plat and said line there
terminating.
