AUAR prepare for the Albertville Business Park in Albertville, MN be publisheed in the North Crow
River News on Monday, March 3, 2003, as follows:
Notice of Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) Availability
Project ltiame/LocatioP/Description:
Darlcmwald Real Estate proposes a mixed -use development on approximately l 11 acres of
farmlandlocated along the north side; of I.9.4 and west of the Outlots at Albertville .retail center
in Albertville, Minnesota. The project will involve approximately 750,000 square feet of
building ineluditig light industrial, office / warehouse and cotwnercial use.
The AUAR is available for review at the Albertville City mall, 5975 Maui Avenue NE, Albertville,141N,
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and 12:30 p.m to 4.30 p.m., Monday through Friday or at
the Great River Regional, Library, Reference Desk (40$ Saint Germain Street, St, Cloud, MN), earl 320-
650-2500 for library hours. Comments on the AJAR document may be directed to Linda Goeb, City
Administrator, City of Albertville, at the above address or telephone 763-497-3384, Comments will be
accepted until April 2, 2003.
