OBJECTION: MOTION: HEARING. Under applicable rules, any
objection must be in writing, be delivered to the trustee and the
United States Trustee, and be filed with the clerk, not later than
12:00 o'clock noon on the day before the above date. If an
objection is made or an order is required, the trustee moves the
court for such orders as may be necessary and appropriate. If an
objection is timely delivered and filed, the court will hold an
expedi ted hearing on the objection with reduced notice of the
hearing. The hearing will be scheduled by the trustee with notice
by the trustee to the objecting party and the United States
Trustee.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:.
1. STAY-STATUS-PLAN: Upon the filing of the petition, certain acts
and proceedings against property, the debtor(s) and the estate!s) are stayed.
See 11 U.S.C. ~362(a). The debtor(s) is the debtor in possess1on and has
certain rights, powers and duties of a trustee. See 11 U.S.C. ~1107. The
debtor(s) may file a plan. See 11 U.S.C. ~1121.
2. CREDITORS MEETING: The meeting of creditors ~ursuant to 11 U.S.C.
~341 (a) will be held at the time and place specified 1n ITEM NO. 1 above.
The United States Trustee will preside. The debtor(s) shall appear with the
attorney for the debtor(s) and be examined. A corporation shall appear by its
president or other executive officer, a partnership by a general partner.

A motion has been filed by the United States Trustee to dismiss or
convert the above-captioned case.
On Friday, September 6, 1991, at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable Dennis
D. O'Brien, in Courtroom 1, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 200 U.S. Courthouse, 316
North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, the Court will hold a hearing to
determine whether this case should be dismissed or converted.
