RE: Extension to 120 days for uroiect auurovals
Dear Mr. Hale:
This last week Pilot was informed of concern over the timelines for the following
projects: Center Oaks AdcliiWn,' Cedar Creek North
In order to allow the City enol1gh time to review the plans and the sl.urounding project
land use issues, we will accept the 60 day extension initiated by the City regarding a
decision on the rezoning to PUD. Should there still be questions we remain available in
the workshop format, and subsequent Council meetings to work out project details.
However, it is important for the City to grant approval oithe Outlot Plat ill order to allow
for filing to expedite the Cottages of Albertville development. Should that not be
possible, we are requesting the administrative lot split to allow for the Feneis project to
continue to move forward,
We will work with the City on the 120 day waiver at such time as we hit 100 days from
date of application. Thank you for your acceptance of this letter for the above two
projects.
