Dear Mr. Clouthier:
The City of Albertville is seeking bids to furnish and plant a variety of boulevard trees within a single-
family residential subdivision.
The scope of the project is based on landscaping requirements not fulfilled by the Developer and
consists of planting approximately 51 boulevard trees. All work is randomly located within a six (6)
block radius and within the Albert Villas 6th Addition. The exact location of each planting will need
to be coordinated between the City and selected Contractor.
Weather permitting, the City will require all work to be completed within two (2) weeks of the start of
construction and before June 1, 2009, unless approved otherwise by the City.
If interested, please review the enclosed figure, complete the bid form and mail or fax completed bid
form to my office by February 27, 2009.
