Dear Mr. Couri:
At your request, I have prepared a final list of construction items to be completed by Edina Development Corporation. This
list applies to the public improvements installed in the 1 st - 6th Additions.
Outstanding construction items include the following:
1. Remove construction debris and silt fence from numerous locations in County Ditch No.9.
2. Remove construction debris and repair washouts in existing drainage swale that crosses Kassel A venue north of 49th
Street.
3. Complete turf and driveway restoration in areas of sidewalk repair (list attached).
4. Complete turf restoration in areas disturbed to access wetland mitigation area 2M.
5. Verify operation of sump pump discharge lines disturbed by grading of wetland mitigation area 2M. Confirm all lines
have positive drainage.
6. Verify all silt fence has been removed in the 1 st - 5th Additions. Confirm all silt fence around ponds and wetlands in the
6th Addition is in good working condition.
7. Verify boulevard trees in the 6th Addition have been installed per the approved plan.
8. Install bituminous trail in the 6th Addition per the approved plan.
9. Furnish the City with record drawings of the 6th Addition.
Completion of the items identified is unlikely until next spring. A field review will need to be made after the work has been
completed.
