Dear Mr. Lewandowski:
I have reviewed the condition of the sod that was recently installed by Edina Development in two
locations along 5~nd Street. The turf restoration was required to repair areas used as access routes to
wetland mitigation area 2M.
I am very disappointed with the condition of the sod. It is quite apparent the sod was left in rolls and dried
out much too long before it was installed. For your benefit, I will wait to review thy sod next spring to see
whether the condition improves before I will consider accepting the work. After all of the challenges
faced in completing the required wetland mitigation, I fail to understand why the final product has to
reflect such poor workmanship.
