Dear Kerry:
To control the watm' elevation wi1bin tho large wotland in the Albert Villas Developwent, a culvert
has been added at the upstream end of 1be discbal'ge ditch. The culvert is a 24~ RCP with an
upstn:am jnvert elevation of 945.61. The wetland, oW-vert, and discharge ditch are within an outlot
and drainage easement that has been dedicated to the City. By this dedication _,City is also
agreeiDg to maintain the culvert aDd the diicl1. To pay for the ongoing maintenance of the City"s
drainage syatem, the City bas iDplace a atom! water utility charae that is applied to all.latui owners
within tho City limits.
