Enclosed is a fully signed copy of the Memo of Understanding which was signed today by:

Paul Welter, Landowner on CSAH 18
Garry Rudy, Superintendent, Edina Development Corp.
The agreement allows placement of future City of Albertville sewer and water facilities in the
future County right of way (R/W) corridor (outside of the existing 33 feet) along County State Aid
Highway 18, along your frontage, before the RIW is acquired. The acquisition will begin as soon
as enough design data is available to determine the right of way and construction easement widths
for the project as well as sufficient data to present to the landowners regarding the project.

future during the RIW acquisition process.
