Dear Mr. Lewandowski:
The City of Albertville has received numerous phone calls from Mr. David Olson (10315 52nd Street NE).
Mr. Olson is wondering when his yard is going to be restored. As you may recall, Edina Development
used Mr. Olson's property as an access to restore wetland mitigation 2M.
If Edina Development does not complete turf restoration (sodding) and relocation of the sump pump
discharge line by Tuesday, September 6,2005, the City will proceed with having the work completed and
will draw from the existing letter of credit to cover cost of the work.
