MARQUETTE Right of Way Agent (763)682-7386 I am in receipt of a Driveway Permit Application for a proposed Commercial Access on CSAH 19 for the Albertville Plaza Development. The permit is approved with the following conditions: 1. Existing access (curb cut) located about 50 feet south of proposed access shall be removed and replaced with barrier curb. New curb placements shall be in conformance with the existing curb style on CSAH 19. Access design shall allow right-in, right-out turning movements only with the concrete median inplace on CSAH 19. Radius's shall be constructed in accordance with site plans for the project. 2. Appropriate signing and pavement markings shall be installed upon completion of the access construction. All existing pavement markings that conflict with the new turnlane configuration shall be removed and all new pavement markings shall be epoxy based paint to match the inplace striping. A $10,000 surety bond or letter of credit (LOC) is required for this work. The bond which has been received also covers any utility work which is included in an approved Wright County Utility Permit. 4. Access structure shall conform with the thicknesses shown on the site plan for Albertville Plaza. You indicated that this consists of: 1 `/z " 41 B Bit. Wear Course 3 " 31 B Bit. Base Course 8" 100% Crushed C15 Agg. Base 12" Select Granular Borrow Equal Opportunity / A/'firmatiue Action Employer 5. The access layout for the CSAH 37 entrance has been revised as we discussed earlier and becomes part of the permit requirements. Structure thicknesses shall be in accordance with item 4. Upon completion of the work within the CSAH 19/37 right of way, all disturbed areas shall be fine graded for drainage and turf re-establishment purposes to be completed by the site developer.
