1999-06-30 PH Notice of Proposed AssessmentJune 30, 1999 Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC C/O JMJ Properties, Inc. 107 Sinclair Drive Muskegon, Michigan 49441 PID # 1 O 1-060-001010 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at 7:15 p.m. on the 19th day of July, 1999, at the Albertville City Hall, located at 5975 Main Avenue NE in the City of Albertville to consider the proposed assessment of Water Access Charges related to the Outlets at Albertville Plat in the City of Albertville. The property proposed to be assessed is Lot 1, Block 1, Outlets at Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota. The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, piece or parcel of land (PID # 101-060-001010) is $107,900.00. You may at any time prior to certification of assessment to the County Auditor, pay the entire assessment on such property to the City Clerk with no interest accrued to the date of payment. No interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this assessment. You may at any time thereafter pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the next succeeding year. If you decide not to prepay the assessment before the date given above, the rate of interest that will apply is 6.5% per year. The right to partially prepay the assessment has not been authorized by City ordinance. The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection in the City Clerk's office. The total amount of the proposed assessment is $107,900.00. Adoption of the proposed assessment by the City Council may be taken at the hearing. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of the assessment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the City Clerk prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing. An owner may appeal an assessment to the District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving written notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or City Clerk of the City of Albertville within thirty (30) days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the District Court within ten (10) days after service upon the and filing such notice with the District Court within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or City Clerk.
