We are not prepared to make a determination on how
to process the D'Algle Plat. We have not seen a
revised plan since the tier analysis was done and since
the City Council approved the recent Comprehensive
Plan Amendment showing that all access to the D'Aigle
property should come from 70th Street to facilitate
paving this roadway and until such time as the City
decides what to do with Maclver Avenue. Do not
assume that the plat will be processed as a Planned
Unit Development. You should talk with Gary about
discussing this issue at the upcoming staff meeting or
informally at the Planning Commission level.
