Dear Mr. Jensen:
The City of Albertville, administering the Wetland Conservation Act rules along with the Technical
Evaluation Panel (TEP) members will be convening a TEP for the purpose of determining the status
of mitigation requirements being met and any potential banking credits proposed/available for
wetlands constructed on the Cedar Creek Golf Course. Wetland areas on the golf course were
created to replace impacted wetlands from the construction of the course and surrounding
residential units.
The TEP will be convening on March 14, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at the Albertville City Hall and
traveling to the Cedar Creek Golf Course to discuss and field review the wetlands. You are
. welcome to attend this meeting.
