WITNESSETH:
That the Landowner, in consideration of the sum of One and 00/1 00 Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, to it in hand paid, by Cedar Creek GolfInc., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, quit claim and convey unto Cedar Creek GolfInc., its successors and assigns, forever, a
PERMANANT circulation, grading & clearing, use for new plantings, irrigation, drainage and maintenance easement
for golf related pedestrian and machine movements and uses over and across the following described parcel ofland in
Albertville, being in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota:
The westerly 150 feet lying parallel with and adjoining the west line of Outlot C, Cedar Creek South Third
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Wright
County, Minnesota. (See attached Exhibit A for graphic clarity)
To have and to hold the same, together with all of the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
in anyway appertaining, to Cedar Creek Golf Inc., its successors and assigns forever.
