I have reviewed the floor plan and revised grading and utility plans submitted with the building permit
application for the subject project. Design calculations for the proposed retaining wall must account for
water pressure on the parking lot side of the wall or else a drainage system must be installed behirxd the
wall to prevent the buildup of water pressure on the wall. The site plans are approved once the issue for
the retainipg wall has been resolved.
