Therefore, the base SAC and WAC fees are to be reduced accordingly. The number of base SAC and WAC units for the building is recalculated as follows: 11,070 SF of retail space / 3000 SF per SAC unit = 3.69 SAC units The recalculated SAC and WAC fees are $16,974 and $9225, respectively.
