The builder for the proposed site has indicated the size of the building will be reduced from what was
previously submitted for review. Therefore, the base SAC and WAC fees are to be reduced accordingly.
The number of base SAC and WAC units for the building is recalculated as follows:
11,070 SF of retail space / 3000 SF per SAC unit = 3.69 SAC units
The recalculated SAC and WAC fees are $16,974 and $9225, respectively. The fees may be increased or
decreased once actual building use is determined and individual tenant spaces are filled,
Storm sewer charges are unchanged from what was calculated previously and are as follows:
