Final Plat
Applicant Name: City of Albertville
Request: The City of Albertville has submitted an application for preliminary plat and
final plat. The request is being made to allow the development of Phase One of the
Northwest Commercial Park and is to include Lot 1, 3.68 acres for the development of
Slumberland, right-of-way for 67th Street, and five outlots.
City Council Meeting Date: September 3, 2002
Findings of Fact: Based on review of the application and evidence received, the City
Council now makes the following findings of fact and decision:
A. The legal description of the subject property is attached as Exhibit A.
B. The planning report, dated August 8, 2002 and prepared by NAC Inc., is
incorporated herein.
Ca The proposed use is consistent with the Albertville Comprehensive Plan Land
Use Plan.
D. The zoning district designation for the subject site is B-3, Highway Commercial
and I-1, Light Industrial pursuant to the City of Albertville Zoning Ordinance.
E. The preliminary/final plat of Northwest Commercial Park is in compliance with the
City of Albertville zoning and subdivision regulations.
Decision: Based on the foregoing information and applicable ordinances, the City
Council APPROVES the preliminary/final plat based on the most current plat drawings
and information received to date subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat is recorded at Wright County.
