A meeting on March 20, 1996, with Pete Carlson, has resulted in changes to the plat layout. In an effort to work wi thin the schedule of the Planning and Zoning Commission, we are requesting that a review be completed of the submitted plan set, knowing that the final play layout will be as the attached concept drawing. This revised ~oncept is very similar to the completed plan set in regard to sanitary sewer service and drainage. All lots comply with the standards set for the R-l Zoning requirements, and the existing B-3 zone has been maintained as such. Due to anticipated poor soils in the area of the proposed collector road near County Road 118, we are proposing a change from the collector road concept to a loop road concept that, in the future, ties into County Road 19 at 53rd street. The attached concept drawing reflects the loop road concept for all property that Kenco has interest in to date. The area highlighted is the property proposed as Parkside 3rd Addition. We are currently in the process of revising the preliminary plat drawing to reflect the street layout change, and will forward it to you as soon as it is completed.
