The plans still include a dead end water main over 600 feet However, the main only has water services on the first 500 feet of the extension, and a valve isolates the remainder of the line past ,these services. The Cedar CreeK Golf Course Concept Utifity' 'Plan shows that thi.s d$Bd..end is intended to be temporary. This issue will arise again when the next phase of development is proposedl which will be served from the end of this main. In add,iti9n, the final looping of this line depends on the extension of the, water main outside of this development by others. To this date, plans have not been submitted which would clo~e this loop by anyone. ' · I The ,plans have been revised to eliminate the water line to the clubhouse. Potable and. fire supply water for thjs facility witt now be supplied from a well at the site# Since with 'this changE;l there is no public water supply near the clubhousel this revision is In compliance with the Board's requirements# · The extreme south portion of the first t\rvo lots south of Karston Avenue lies more than .250 feet from the neares,t hydrant However, this should not be a, co'ncern .becBu5'e this area is part of Pond ,#5. In addition, lot 7 is not fully ,within a 250..foot radius of a hydrant. However, the small portion of this lot that has inadequate hydrant coverage is within the lot setback area. . ' The Board's standard detail ,plate for service installation has now been included in the revised plans. · The portion of the wat~rmain outside of. the street right~of.way is now s.hown within a 30- foot easement.
