course (Cedar Creek South subdivision). This trail begins in Center Oaks 4th Addition,
travels through the Golf Course, through Cedar Creek South 7th Addition and terminates
at CSAH 20. Can you please file this in the file containing other City deeds and
easements, and have this easement inventoried on the list of city-owned properties and
easements? Thank you.

Company (hereinafter the "Landowner"), and City of Albertville, (hereinafter the "Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That the Landowner, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)and other good and
valuable consideration, to it in hand paid, by The City of Albertville, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargin, quit claim and convey unto City of Albertville, forever, a
permanent easement for a wal~ing and bicycle path, over and across the following described parcel of land
in Albertville, being in the county of Wright, state of Minnesota:
A 12.00 foot wide perpetual easement for a walking and bicycle trail over, under and across a part of Lot 1,
Block 1 of CEDAR CREEK SOUTH, according to the recorded plats thereof: Wright County, Minnesota,
the centerline of said easement being described as follows:
V Commencing at the southeast comer of said Outlot A; thence North 62 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds
West along the southerly line of said Outlot A, 39.68 feet to the point of beginning of said centerline to be
described; thence North 22 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds East 166.05 feet; thence northerly along a
tangential curve concave to the west, radius 210.00 feet, central angle 19 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds an
arc distance of 69.66 feet; thence on tangent to last described curve North 03 degrees 41 minutes 55
seconds East 91.79 feet; thence North 04 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds East 58.57 feet; thence North 00
degrees 43 minutes 45 seconds West 82.78 feet; thence North 12 degrees 08 minutes 48 seconds East 78.44

minutes 29 seconds an arc distance of 45.93 feet, the chord of said curve bears North 17 degrees 38 minutes
