We have reviewed the information which you submitted and have numerous questions and concerns
regarding both the wetland impacts and proposed the replacement wetlands. Considering the
proposed wetland impacts are considerable it is my recommendation that you inv~lve the technical
evaluation panel in your review process. As stated in the Wetland Conservation Act Rule part
8420.0240 any member ofthe technical evaluation panel can request a technical evaluation panel
meeting to review a replacement plan application. Therefore, I am requesting that you arrange a
technical evaluation panel meeting to review the proposed replacement plan application.
