Spring rains have created a problem
where no erosion control or seed have
taken hold. Cover over culvert aprons
(west end 53rd & 52nd) must be
19 regraded. Sediment ponds, ditches, rip
rap, and aprons must be cleaned out due
to construction erosion. Curb and
streets must be cleaned silt free for both
phases 1 and 2.
PROVIDE 48 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS WORK. THIS WORK SHOULD BE
COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 3 (CONTRACT TIME) OF
THE AGREEMENT.
