Dear Mrs. Goeb,
Edina Development Corporation has requested permission to expand the acreage
covered by the grading permit for Albert Villas. This request was made to allow the
grading contractor an area to place excess material from grading activities. At the
developers request, I oontacted Pete Carlson and Wayne Stark at S.E.H. and asked
them the procedure to expand our eradinr limits. After reviewing our grading plan.
the engineer is allowing us to expand the grading limits if the developer increases
the dollar amount in the cractinC letter of credit. This letter is to inform the City
that we are adding 15 acres to the grading, enclosed is a copy of a $15,000 dollar
letter of credit for the additional acreage
