Re: Partial Release of Albert Villas Development Agreement.
Dear Jan:
Please find enclosed an executed Partial Release of Development Agreement
relating to Albert Villas. As we discussed last week, our office waived the requirement
that a property owners association be established and a maintenance agreement be
recorded since there is no common property in this development. The City Council
formalized that action at its meeting last Monday by passing the enclosed Partial Release.
It is my understanding that you will record this partial release. Please contact me
