Dear Mr. Fahning:
I have reviewed the above-referenced covenants on the City's behalf. I have no objection
to any of the substantive provisions. Further, I find that the covenants meet the
requirements of the Council's approval of the above-referenced plat. However, I request
that you please use the following legal description:
Lots 1 through 10, Block 1; Lots 1 through 9, Block 2; Lots 1 through 12, Block 3
and Lots I through 10, Block 4 all within the plat of Albert Villas, Wright County,
Minnesota on file and of record in the Office of the Wright County Recorder.
