1999-09-14 PH Notice Comp Plan Amendment City of Albertville Notice of Public Hearing Comprehensive Plan Amendment Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the Albertville City Hall on Tuesday, September 14, 1999, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, to hear, consider, and pass upon all written and oral objections, if any, to the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Land Use Plan for the property legally described as follows: Parcel # 1 (Donald Vetsch, owner) The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and Lot One, all in Section Eleven; and the South 10 Rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Two, all in Township 120, Range 24; also the South 10 Rods of that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 120, Range 24, lying East of County Ditch, according to the recorded plat. Parcel #2 (Richard Berning, owner) The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 in Section 3 and the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 in Section 2, all in Township 120, Range 24. Parcel #3 (Eugene & Lois Zachman, owners) Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter except that part lying Northeasterly of County Road. 118. Also except that part lying Easterly and Southerly of County Ditch No.9, Section 2, Township 120, Range 24. Also: That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying south of County Road 118 and West of County Ditch No.9, Section 2, Township 120, Range 24. Notes: County State Aid Highway No. 18 was formerly County Road No. 118 and was surveyed to the centerline per the recorded plat of Cedar Creek South. Ditch No. 9 as called out in the description was surveyed to the centerline per field location. All persons desiring to be heard in connection with the consideration of the above-mentioned action are requested to be present at said meeting to make their objections, if any.
