Per our conversation Monday October 11 th, Edina Development has generated this letter to
represent the conditions we have or will meet to install our monument within The Preserve of Albert
Villas.
Legal Description and Easement
Edina Development contacted Matt Davich with E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. to confirm the legal
description of the monuments location and to make sure Edina can do an easement on that particular lot.
This will be completed and filed with the proper jurisdiction. . Please see attachment of legal description.
Monument Ownership
Edina Development will retain ownership of the monument.
Sign Design and Maintenance
Elements, Inc. has created an easily maintainable monument for The Preserve. The monument
itself is created for withstanding harsh weather conditions and requires minimum care. Edina
Development has also agreed to the City's request regarding the maintenance and lawn care of the
monument. All landscaping around or near monument is to be kept at a minimum.. . minimum referencing
to a limited number of vegetation. Our corporate landscape team has been contacted and they have been
contracted for the next ten years. If Edina Development should choose not to renew maintenance or fail to
keep this agreement, Edina will need to remove monument from plat at their expense. Should monument
fall into disarray despite maintenance and Edina Development fails to remove in a timely fashion, the City
of Albertville has the right to remove at the cost of developer.
