Dear Mr. Lewandowski:
Despite repeated attempts by SEH to coordinate with Edina Development in restoring the yard damage at
10315 520 Street NE, the turf restoration still has not been completed to the City's satisfaction.
On behalf of the City, SEH has contacted a landscaping contractor to complete the turf restoration by June
7, 2006. Cost of the work, currently estimated at $2000, will be paid by the City, drawing from the
existing letter of credit with Edina Development.
