Dear Mr. Hegna:
I have received your letter of May 31, 2005. On June 3 rd I left a voice mail
message with your office informing you that City Staff is not yet prepared to submit the
supplemental Albertvillas wetland mitigation plan to the City Council for approval. We
are currently working on a resolution for the City Council to approve, but still have
several issues that need to be addressed. As soon as all of the issues have been identified
and worked into the proposed resolution, I will forward a copy to you for your review. I
expect this issue to be on the City's June 20, 2005 agenda for approval. Please call with
any questions you may have regarding this matter. Thank you.
