SEH No.: A-ALBEV0212.00 Location: Albertville City Hall Attendees: Larry Kruse, Albertville; Doug Muyres, Edina Development; Chuck Geislinger, Kuechle Underground; Todd Udvig, Russ Bly, Bob Moberg, SEH Minutes by: Robert L. Moberg, PE The following items were discussed at the above-referenced meeting: I. Public Improvement Construction Punchlists A. First Addition - punchlist work is completed. B. 2nd Addition - punchlist work is completed. C. 3rd Addition - curb repair and sidewalk replacement work to be finished. D. 4th Addition - curb repair and sidewalk replacement work to be finished, as well as placement of wear course and storm sewer cleanup. E. Lift Station - spare parts kit has not been delivered to City, handle on cabinet door is broken. F. 6th Addition - curb repair, sidewalk replacement, and wear course paving are to be finished. G. Bituminous Trail- Trail to cSAH 18 to be graded and paved. II. Storm Water Pond A. Edina Development is questioning their responsibility for rectifying the pond issue. The preference is to raise the pond bottom with fill material rather than reconstruct all of the storm sewer outlets. B. ITT has taken a sample of the fill material at the outlet mall site. Gradation results are pending. III. Wetland Mitigation Areas A. Area 1M - according to Edina Development, footprint will not be modified, as property owner is asking for too much money for additional land. 1. Property owner of Lot 7 is requesting compensation for removal of sod and irrigation system. 2. Area has not been staked, according to Todd. Area 2M - has been staked. Pete Carlson to meet with owner of Lot 14 when work is scheduled. C. Area 3M - has been partially staked. D. Area 4M - has been staked. Owner of Lot 26 is not happy with proposed grading and wants to be notified when work is scheduled. E. Area 5M - has been staked. Shed to be moved by property owner. Owners of Lots 28 and 29 have indicated they will oppose the work. F. Schedule - Edina Development to order work on areas 3M and 1M ASAP. Areas 2M, 4M and 5M to wait until freeze-up. Russ Bly to notify Doug Muyres when frost levels are sufficient to minimize onsite damage during excavation operations of Areas 2M, 4M and 5M. IV. Other A. Doug Muyres to schedule and coordinate a meeting with his consultants and Todd Udvig to discuss modifying depths of proposed excavations. B.
